Man hospitalised after Cork collision

A man has been taken to hospital after a single vehicle collision between Bandon and Enniskeane.

A man has been taken to hospital after a single vehicle collision between Bandon and Enniskeane.

The incident happened just before 9.30 this morning, 4 miles from Bandon on the way to Murragh.

The man was brought by HSE ambulance to CUH for treatment.

Two units of the County Fire Service from Bandon and Dunmanway have just left the scene while Gardaí remain there.

Traffic is moving slowly in the area as a result of the accident.
