A man is fighting for his life in hospital following a fatal crash in Co Wexford yesterday evening.

A man is fighting for his life in hospital following a fatal crash in Co Wexford yesterday evening.

He was one of two passengers in a car that crashed on the Sean Kelly Bridge in Sally Gap at around 5.30pm.

The driver of a car - who was in his early 20s - died in the crash, while the other man is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The Office of the Garda Ombudsman is appealing for witnesses to contact them on 1890 600-800.
