Job-seekers attending Croke Parks expo warned to book in advance

Job-seekers hoping to visit the latest recruitment fair in the capital today are being warned to book in advance.

Organisers of the Croke Park jobs expo have said up to 500 jobs will be on offer from 100 recruiters who will carry out on the spot interviews.

Among the big name firms looking for staff will be KBC Bank as well as a range of international firms.

Candidates will also be able to take advantage of free career advice and help with their visa if they decide to move abroad for work.

Event coordinator Vicky Kelly said a little preparation beforehand will save time at the event.

"We are expecting huge crowds so the value of pre -registering is that you can fast track the queue if you do go online."
