Aer Lingus says it plans on operating a full schedule today, as the dispute with cabin crew continues.
The airline was forced to cancel several flights last week, in a row over the introduction of new rosters.
Aer Lingus is hiring in aircraft and crews from other carriers in a bid to keep operations running this week.
Last week several flights were cancelled, throwing the travel plans of thousands of people into disarray.
Management have advised cabin crew to sign a document agreeing to work the new rosters, or face being sacked.
Letters are being delivered to workers who have refused to work the new arrangements and staff are being invited to meetings from tomorrow.
IMPACT, the union representing cabin crew, has called on the airline to reveal how much the dispute is costing them every day, but Aer Lingus is refusing to reveal that information.
The union claims the cost of hiring in aircraft and crew could be as much as €400,000 per day.
