There are hopes of a breakthrough in the dispute between cabin crew and management at Aer Lingus after talks continued overnight.
It is understood the main issues have been resolved but some minor differences remain.
Last night, the CEO of Aer Lingus Christoph Mueller said he was confident the dispute could be solved. The row has disrupted flights for almost three weeks.
It was triggered when management introduced new rosters without the agreement of the union.
Staff say they cannot operate the rosters as they are unreasonable and make family life impossible.
