There is an appeal for witnesses after a crash at a Dublin shopping centre that claimed the life of a pensioner.
The man in his 70s was injured when the car he was driving hit a service gate at Liffey Valley in Clondalkin yesterday.
He was taken to hospital in nearby Blanchardstown, but pronounced dead a short time later.
An investigation has been launched and anyone in the area at around 3.45pm on Monday afternoon is asked to contact the Gardaí.
