Gardaí have released a man they were questioning in connection with the murder of Dean Johnson in Dublin.

Gardaí have released a man they were questioning in connection with the murder of Dean Johnson in Dublin.

The 21-year-old was shot dead near his home in Neilstown, Clondalkin in August 2013.

A 31-year-old man was detained on Monday and taken to Lucan garda station, before being released late last night without charge.

A file is being prepared for the DPP.
