Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident in Co Clare.

Gardaí are investigating a shooting incident in Co Clare.

A number of shots were fired at a house at Childers road, Cloughleigh, in Ennis at around 5am.

There were people in the house at the time, however no one was injured.

A 46 year old was arrested, but has since been released without charge.
