Gardaí examine scene of woman's death in Mayo
A technical examination is expected to be carried out later at the location where a woman's body was found in Mayo.
The woman - said to be in her 40's - was discovered at a house in Ballycurrin near Glen Corrib at about 4.30pm yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the home, but they were unable to revive her.
A post mortem examination will be carried out - the local coroner and the office of the state pathologist have been notified.
Gardaí are investigating.
