Gardaí arrest three men in dissident investigation
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of dissident republican activity in Dublin.
Gardaí from the Special Detective Unit and from the Crime and Security section at Garda Headquarters carried out a planned operation this morning in the Lucan area.
During the course of the operation, three men aged in their 20s 30s and 40s were arrested and a significant quantity of electronic equipment recovered.
Two men are being held at Lucan and one at Clondalkin under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
