The main runway at Dublin Airport has re-opened, following an earlier incident.

An Aer Lingus Regional flight burst a tyre on landing coming from the Isle of Man.

The airline says all 29 passengers left the aircraft normally and safely.

The Dublin Airport Authority says the second runway at the airport was used for a time, but that the main runway is now back in service.

Fire services attended the scene as a precaution.

The Dublin Airport Authority has said that operations at the airport have not been affected.
