Croke Park talks resume

Talks to extend the Croke Park Agreement have resumed at the Labour Relations Commission today.

They are expected to continue over the weekend as the Government look to save a further €1bn from the public service payroll over the next three years.

Garda unions have already pulled out of the talks while a rally has been planned for next week by frontline workers angry at the possibility of more cuts to their wages.
