Crimestoppers is appealing for information on a murder that happened 20 years ago.
John Cusack was found shot dead outside his back door on his farm in Murroe, Co Limerick on Monday, 25 September, 1995.
He was last seen by his daughter, when he dropped her off at her flat in Limerick on Saturday, 23 September, at 8.30pm.
He was a 56-year-old, separated, father of seven who was well known in the farming community in Co Limerick.
Gardaí at Henry Street in Limerick and Crimestoppers are again appealing for information on the murder, or for anyone who may have seen anything unusual in the area at the time to come forward.
They would like to hear from anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the run up to, or between Saturday, 23 September and Monday, 25 September, 1995 in the area.
This was the weekend of the All-Ireland football final between Dublin and Tyrone.
They are also in hearing from anyone who may have tried to contact John Cusack that weekend.
