She said that she intends to discuss the report's findings that key documents belonging to Martin Callinan were either destroyed or went missing.
Deputy Creighton said that she will be making contact with Commissioner O'Sullivan regarding her predecessor's missing SIM card - and the shredding of eight to 10 black sacks of the former Commissioner's personal records.
The Social Democrats have already called for the Dáil to be recalled to discuss the report.
Deputy Creighton said that she is also seriously concerned about the matter, and that a full investigation may be needed.
"I'll be making contact with the Garda Commissioner," she said.
"I don't know the facts or circumstances here, all I'm aware of are very, very, very serious allegations, and if they're true then I think that absolutely merits a full investigation."
