Court told murder accused punched Daniel McAnaspie hours before disappearance

A court has heard a Dublin man accused of murdering Daniel McAnaspie punched the teenager in the face in the hours before his disappearance.

The trial has heard the 17-year-old received the blow over a comment he had made about a relative of Trevor Noone

Nineteen year old Denise Kelly was part of the group out socialising.

She has told the Central Criminal Court that Daniel McAnaspie fell to the ground but got up and the two men shook hands.

Trevor Noone, 25, and Richard Dekker, 27, from Whitestown Avenue in Blanchardstown deny killing the teenager at Tolka Valley Park on February 26, 2010.
