Car collides with two articulated trucks in Mayo
Gardaí in Claremorris Co Mayo are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the N5 Knockbrack road at approximately 5pm this evening.
A car and two articulated trucks were involved in the collision.
The male driver of the car in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both male drivers of the articulated trucks were seriously injured and have been taken to Mayo General Hospital.
The scene is currently preserved for an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators. Local diversions are in place.
