Budget headline figure to be agreed this morning
The Cabinet is likely to sign off on a headline figure for the Budget later this morning.
Ministers will meet at Government Buildings for what is expected to be the first of two cabinet meetings this week.
They are likely to agree to a total Budget package of around €2.9bn.
An early draft of the Budget has already been sent to Brussels for approval by the European Commission.
