Transport Minister Seamus Brennan says that there will be no cuts in the rail sector.

Transport Minister Seamus Brennan says that there will be no cuts in the rail sector.

He was speaking while at a transport conference in Limerick.

Mr Brennan said he had been talking to Irish Rail and had been informed that no cuts were planned.

However, SIPTU says that services from Rosslare to Waterford, Gorey and Limerick are to be axed.
