Barnardos wants Budget to protect child income supports
Barnardos has said any cuts to child benefit should be brought in on a phased basis.
The childrens' charity also said that those families who earn more should get less child benefit.
In its pre-Budget submission, the group is calling for child income supports to be protected and for the free pre-school year to be extended by one year.
