Australian police investigating the disappearance of Irish woman Jill Meagher have visited her Melbourne home for a second time.

Australian police investigating the disappearance of Irish woman Jill Meagher have visited her Melbourne home for a second time.

The 29 -year-old was last seen in the early hours of Saturday morning leaving a bar in the suburb of Brunswick.

Earlier today, homicide detectives said they identified Jill on CCTV footage taken from the area where she is believed to have gone missing.

Police have now twice visited the home she shares with her husband Tom Meagher.
