The architect accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O’Hara is to go before the Supreme Court today to try secure bail ahead of Christmas.

The architect accused of murdering childcare worker Elaine O’Hara is to go before the Supreme Court today to try secure bail ahead of Christmas.

41-year-old Graham Dwyer from Kerrymount Close in Foxrock is currently on remand at Cloverhill prison in Dublin.

He was refused bail in the High Court in November and was remanded in custody until the new year.

However, he is appealing last month’s bail ruling in the Supreme Court.
