A second day of talks aimed at averting further industrial action at Aer Lingus have ended without agreement.

Management and officials from IMPACT spent 11 hours in negotiations at Dublin Airport today.

The row centres on a demand from cabin crew for a new rostering arrangement of five days on and three days off.

The talks will resume again tomorrow morning.
