It's beer. And it's blue
Would you drink a beer that's made from the water of melted icebergs?
Because that's what this beer's made from.
That, and the fact the water contains blue seaweed and has local flowers contributing towards it's ice blue hue, makes this a strange brew.
The beer's head is said to look like ice thanks to Chinese yams (below). Yum!
