If you need some cheering up, we highly recommend this video of an Irish girl arriving home from Australia - to the shock and absolute delight of her mother.
On Saturday, Ciara Redmond, who’s from Glanmire in Cork, arrived in Wexford where her mam is staying for the summer. It took her four days to travel back from Melbourne, including a 19 hour layover in Delhi and a cancelled flight from Frankfurt but she says "it was well worth the surprise!".
And with a reception like the one she got, we'd have to agree.
You might want to turn down your volume a bit.
So many hugs!
And best part? Ciara says she's "home for good".
