US airline Delta has added 800 people to its no-fly list.

Delta Air Lines has put 880 people on its no-fly list for not complying with its mask requirements and has banned others from flying with the airline for harassing other passengers or unruly behaviour related to the US election results, a spokesman said.

Last week, for example, supporters of outgoing President Donald Trump heckled Utah Senator Mitt Romney on a Delta flight from Salt Lake City to Washington D.C.

Mr Romney was working on his laptop in the video when he was heckled by a Trump supporter who called him a “disgusting shame.”

A woman then approaches the senator before accusing him of failing to 'show support' for outgoing US President Donald Trump and his efforts to have Joe Biden's election victory overturned.
