Soccer
The Republic of Ireland will start with a front two of Troy Parrott and Michael Obafemi for tonight's Nations League game away to Scotland which gets underway shortly at 7.45pm.
Chiedozie Ogbene starts the game from the bench as does the returning Robbie Brady.
Stephen Kenny has chosen a midfield trio of Jason Cullen, Jason Knight and Jayson Molumby while Matt Doherty is in at right wing back.
Scotland need just two draws from their final two games to seal promotion to League A.
Elsewhere in the group, Ukraine beat Armenia 5-0, which means Stephen Kenny's side will have to win their final two games to have any chance of becoming second seeds in the Euro 2024 qualifier draw.

The Republic of Ireland U19s have beaten Wales 2-0 in the second round of their European Qualification campaign.
Tom Mohan's men are two from two after goals from Justin Ferizaj and Franco Umeh in Colwyn Bay.

Shelbourne will take on Athlone Town in the final of the Women's FAI Cup in November.
Maddy Gibson scored a hattrick as the Midlanders dumped out defending champions Wexford Youths 3-0.
Shels booked their spot in the decider with a 1-0 win over Bohemians thanks to a Noelle Murray penalty.
The final will take place at Tallaght Stadium on November 6th.

Bohemians beat Finn Harps 2-0 in their SSE Airtiricty League Premier Division clash this evening.
Declan McDaid and Jordan Doherty hit the back of the net for the Gypsies, while Ryan Rainey was sent off for the homeside at Finn Park.
Rugby
New Zealand have put one hand on the Rugby Championship trophy.
The All-Blacks have picked up a bonus-point in registering a 40-14 win over Australia at Eden Park.
It means South Africa will need to defeat Argentina by at least 39-points in Durban later if the Springboks are to be crowned champions.

Ulster put 7 tries past Scarlets in their United Rugby Championship clash. Dan McFarland's secured a bonus point win with an entertaining 55-39 victory in Wales.
Elsewhere, Connacht fell to a 38-15 loss away to the Stormers. A red card for substitute Bundee Aki meant Andy Friend's men played the majority of the second half with 14 players.
GAA
There will be National Football and Hurling League finals next year following a decision by the GAA's Ard Comhairle.
The council ruled to retain the league finals, while the All-Ireland Football Final will be moved to July 30th next year.
The Joe McDonagh Cup Final will now be played alongside the U20 All-Ireland Hurling Final.
Rowing
Paul O'Donovan and Fintan McCarthy won another gold medal at the World Rowing Championships in the Czech Republic.
The Cork pair had no problems in the final of the lightweight men's double sculls with Italy in second and Ukraine in third.
They have gone back to back with a gold medal performance in the 2019 championships in Austria.
Aoife Casey and Margaret Cremen outlasted the French to win the bronze medal in their women's lightweight double sculls final.
The UK took the gold medal while the US finished in second.
The women's four of Aifric Keogh, Eimear Lamble, Fiona Murtagh and Emily Hegarty finished 6th in their final.

Australian Football
Kerry's Mark O'Connor and Laois' Zach Tuohy have followed in the footsteps of Tadhg Kennelly by becoming AFL Premiership champions.
The Irish duo helped Geelong to defeat Sydney Swans by a dominant 133-52 in this morning's final at the MCG.
Tuohy was playing his 250th game in the AFL while O'Connor was a late replacement for the injured Max Holmes.
Golf
A third round of 65 has Leona Maguire back in contention at the Women's Irish Open.
The Cavan woman recovered from a bogey on her first hole to finish seven-under for the day at Dromoland Castle.
She now lies nine-under after three rounds of play and in a tie for ninth place as things stand.
There is now a four-way tie for the lead at the Co Clare course on 12-under par.
Tennis
Roger Federer says he enjoyed a "special" end to his career after playing his final professional match before retiring from tennis.
He ended up in tears - along with great rival Rafa Nadal - as they paired up in the doubles at the Laver Cup in London.
