Rio Ferdinand and Mauricio Isla came into the QPR starting line-up as head coach Chris Ramsey took on former club Tottenham.
The pair replaced Darnell Furlong and Junior Hoilett, while Nedum Onuoha was passed fit to play despite sustaining a nasty cut to his cheek in Wednesday’s defeat to Arsenal.
Ben Davies was the only alteration made by Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, with the left-back replacing Danny Rose in the first XI.
