The 2025 League of Ireland season kicks off on Friday night with champions Shelbourne facing Derry City, while the Dublin derby between Bohemians and Shamrock Rovers on Sunday takes place at the Aviva Stadium.
Bohs and Rovers will hope to take the title from Damien Duff's Shelbourne, and with over 25,000 tickets sold already their opener should be a memorable event.
The game will be televised, along with Shelbourne's clash with Derry on Friday.
Duff's attacking side will continue to excite fans, and the former Ireland and Chelsea star reportedly rejected at least one approach from an English club in the last few months.
It's a massive week for Stephen Bradley's Rovers, as the Lansdowne Road clash is sandwiched between two Europa League playoff ties against Norwegian outfit Molde.
If Rovers are to reclaim the title, striker Graham Burke will be crucial.
The most high-profile signing of the off season undoubtedly goes to Bohemians, who have added Lys Mousset, a former €13 million Premier League player with Sheffield United, to their squad.
There is a good chance manager Alan Reynolds will start the Frenchman at the Aviva on Sunday.
Mousset, who Sheffield United signed for £10 million (€13 million) in 2019, was a free agent for the last year.
The striker played with Bournemouth before Sheffield, and has eight France under-21 caps.
Former Ireland boss Stephen Kenny has added Seán Hoare, Conor Carty, Barry Bagley and Simon Power to his St Patrick's Athletic squad.
They have also held on to Mason Melia, who will join Tottenham Hotspur for a record League of Ireland fee of £1.6 million (€1.9 million) next year.

Contiuing a trend of recent seasons, League of Ireland managers have complained about constraints in signing players, both financially and in terms of availability.
In other exciting news for the League of Ireland, Virgin Media Television has secured a four-year broadcasting agreement for the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division.
Odds
Shamrock Rovers are joint-favourites to retain their crown, sharing odds of 2/1 with St Patrick's Athletic.
Duff will relish his champions' underdog price of 5/1, joint with Derry City.
Meanwhile, Bohemians are 12/1 to win the title.
Shamrock Rovers 2/1
St Patrick's Athletic 2/1
Derry City 5/1
Shelbourne 5/1
Bohemians 12/1
