East Kerry have claimed the Senior Football title in the Kingdom, out scoring Mid-Kerry 2-15 to 0-9.

The return of David Clifford helped bolster the winners, stealing a goal early in the second half to give his side a comfortable lead which they retained to the end.

Up the coast, West-Clare club Killmurry Ibrickane saw off the challenge of Cratloe in Cusack Park to claim their fifth title of the decade.

In Cork, Glen Rovers put in a heavy shift after the second half water break to claw back their two-point deficit to Erins Own in the Senior Hurling semi-final.

Three frees from Patrick Horgan after the final break saw his side over the line, 0-22 to 3-10.

Earlier today, Blackrock edged past UCC to claim their spot against Rovers in the final, with goals from Shane O'Keefe and Alan Connolly aiding the side to a crucial one-point victory.

In Cavan, it was an even closer affair in the Senior Football final between Crosserlough and Kingscourt Stars, with 70 minutes failing to separate the sides.
