Richard Dunne will not be part of the Ireland squad named today for the World Cup qualifiers against Austria and Sweden.

Richard Dunne will not be part of the Ireland squad named today for the World Cup qualifiers against Austria and Sweden.

Dunne has missed the entire season through injury and it is reported that the Aston Villa defender's career could be in doubt due to his hip and groin injuries.

Manager Giovanni Trapattioni said that Stoke's Marc Wilson and Seamus Coleman of Everton will be included.
