Ian Robertson and U-21 star Wayne McCarthy will replace Ciaran Whelan and Jason Sherlock for Sunday's NFL clash with Donegal.
Whelan is suspended after being sent off against Roscommon, while Sherlock, who was also sent off in that game, is out of the country.
Meanwhile, Michael Donnellan is in the Galway team to face an unchanged Tyrone side, while Darren Fay returns for Meath in their game against Derry.
Fergal Byron will also line out between the posts for Laois' encounter with Clare.
