FG vows to make issue of justice reform

Fine Gael has signalled its intention to put justice reform on the agenda for the next year.

Fine Gael has signalled its intention to put justice reform on the agenda for the next year.

The party said the Government's attitude towards justice is too casual to deal with problems like joyriding, alcohol abuse and street thuggery.

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny also said his party's immigration and asylum policies would be formulated on a basis which shows Irish people to be considerate and compassionate.
