A man has been remanded in custody by the Special Criminal Court, charged with possessing information on an RUC officer.
31-year-old Gerald Anthony McFadden of Rathlin Gardens, Derry, was arrested on April 15 in Donegal on suspicion of drink driving.
A subsequent search of his vehicle by gardai led to the discovery of notes in his wallet detailing the movements of an RUC Superintendent.
