'EastEnders' and 'Coronation Street' are to come together for Children In Need.
The rival soaps will join forces for the one-off charity special - which is due to be aired on BBC One tomorrow night - with the 'Enders' cast visiting the Weatherfield cobbles and vice versa.
Among the scenes specially shot for the episode, bolshie barmaids Liz McDonald and Kat Moon - played by Bev Callard and Jessie Wallace - will be seen serving up pints in their best animal-print attire in Albert Square's Queen Vic pub.
However, not all runs smoothly as Corrie's Michelle (Kym Marsh) quickly sees the sharp side of Kat's tongue when she catches the feisty brunette chatting up her husband Alfie (Shane Richie).
Shane said: "It's been surreal. I loved watching their reactions when I showed them round the Square. And seeing Bev and Jessie behind the bar was strange."
Kym - who is engaged to 'Hollyoaks' star Jamie Lomas - admitted despite the traditional rivalry between the two soaps, it was a "pleasure" to make the trip to Walford.
She explained: "'It's been such fun. That's the one word I can honestly say and it's been very funny. Of all the soaps we're the two that don't really see each other that much or get to mingle, probably because of the distance and all the rivalry stuff. So it's nice to show that we do get on and it's been a pleasure."
Coronation Street's Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin), Gail Platt (Helen Worth) and Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas) also made their way to Albert Square, while Christian Clarke (John Partridge), Zainab Masood (Nina Wadia), Jane Beale (Laurie Brett) and Darren Miller (Charlie Hawkins) travelled to Manchester to film 'Corrie' scenes.
