The world's shortest woman and second tallest man have met for the first time to show off their record-breaking feet.

Jyoti Amge and Brahim Takioullah posted for a photograph which will contribute towards a new Guinness World Records attempt for the Largest Online Photo Album of Feet.

Jyoti stands at 62.8 cm (24.7-ins) tall but she is dwarfed by Brahim Takioullah, who stands 246.3cm in height (8ft 0.97 ins).

His feet measure 38.1 cm (1ft 3 ins), four times bigger in length than Jyoti's feet which are just 9.46cm (3.72 ins).

Craig Glenday, Editor-in-Chief of Guinness World Records, said: "We're really excited to launch Amazing Feet, an ambitious Guinness World Record challenge to create the Largest Online Photo Album of Feet.

"We're giving people all over the world the chance to be part of one of the largest mass participation records ever untaken. All you have to do is visit officiallyamazing.tv/feet and submit a photo of your feet to the website.

"The resulting record-breaking collection will be unveiled in exciting fashion at a later date."

The Amazing Feet challenge will run throughout the summer and open to all members of the public who are encouraged to visitofficiallyamazing.tv/feet and submit their entry.
