Drowning victims to be remembered at special mass
A mass will be held tomorrow morning for the two young boys who drowned in their neighbour's disused swimming pool near Newry on Friday evening.
Father Richard Naughton, who will conduct the mass, said he hopes faith will help the families come to terms with the deaths.
The childre,n who lived two doors apart, are believed to have squeezed through a gap in a fence to a nearby house where the pool was on the Ardaveen Road.
Fr Naughton said the families can give strength to each other through hope and prayer.
