Pat Butcher returns to the square for Graham Norton’s EastEnders special

A special EastEnders-themed edition of The Graham Norton Show is to air next week, as part of the show's 30th anniversary.

And keeping with the theme of the award-winning soap, it promises to be full of slaps, special guests and of course that all important question, “Who killed Lucy Beale?”

Graham cuts to the chase and asks Adam Woodyatt, Letitia Dean, Kellie Bright and Danny Dyer straight out if they know who killed Lucy Beale.

Danny Dyer assures the host that he knows who killed Lucy.

“They have told me but I’m going to have to keep it low. I’ve just put £500 on the winner… no none of us know. They won’t tell us,” he jokes.

He then goes on to say: “I reckon Adam knows.”

Adam Woodyatt who plays Ian Beale - one of the soap’s longest running characters - simply replies: “I’m incredibly thick.”

After the cast convince him they don't know who the killer is, he then goes on to ask Lucy Beale herself.

EastEnders bosses have also revealed that the teenager’s killer will only be told 30mins before being revealed live on air.

The Irish comedian then makes his way over to the makeshift Queen Vic to take part in some good auld slapping lessons with EastEnders legend Pat St Clement.

It also features some EastEnder miniature dolls, but they have to be seen to be believed.

The Graham Norton Show airs Monday, February 16 at 10.45pm on BBC One.
