The documentary includes interviews with Dr. Peter Boylan, key witness at the official enquiry into Savita’s death, Dr. Hema Divakar, President of the Federation of Gynecologists in India, Phil Prendergast, Labour MEP and midwife for 20 years and Dr. Muiris Houston, Medical Correspondent for the Irish Times.
The documentary raises provocative questions relating to Irish maternal care, Catholic ethos, law and the media, and looks for answers to these questions.

Plus, single mum Heidi asks her best friend Lisa Marie to be her birthing partner, along with Lisa Marie’s mum, Carrie, who used to be a midwife. There are testing times in the delivery room, as Carrie struggles to stay out of things and let newly qualified midwife Sacha get on with her job.
It’s fast-paced action, about a former CIA agent who raises his daughter alone in the wilderness of Finland, teaching her to be the world’s deadliest assassin.
As soon as she turns 16, she’s sent to carry out her one intended mission, however as she travels the world in search of her target, she’s pursued by a CIA operative with a link to her mysterious past.
This is an entertaining character story with solid cinematography, and a stunning performance from lead Saoirse Ronan. This chase thriller is so energetic, you’ll probably need a lie down after watching it - but the plot moves quickly, leaving no room for boredom. The acting is solid all the way through; then again with stars like Eric Bana and Cate Blanchett involved, you’d never expect anything less.
