Nannina has emerged from her brilliant display in the Coronation Stakes in great order and remains on course for a clash with the colts in the Sussex Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.
John Gosden’s Group One-winning juvenile left her Guineas disappointment behind with a power-packed display at Royal Ascot on Friday, coming home a two-length winner from Flashy Wings in the fillies’ contest.
“She has handled it all well and has come out of the race fine,” said Gosden.
“She is a top of the ground filly and she did work well before the Guineas but the rain came and she does not like it soft.
“The Sussex Stakes is where we will aim towards but there are other races to consider along the way, such as the Falmouth."
