Cork's Ronan Curran and Joe Deane of All-Ireland champions Cork are named, with Hurler of the Year Sean Óg Ó hAilpín named in the substitutes.
Tipperary have five representatives; goalkeeper Brendan Cummins, defenders Paul Curran, Philip Maher and Eamon Corcoran and sharp-shooting All Star Eoin Kelly.
Munster champions Waterford are represented by All Stars Ken McGrath and Dan Shanahan, captain Browne, James Murray and John Mullane.
Limerick's sole representative is Ollie Moran, whose brother Niall drops to the bench following their semi-final win over Leinster.
