FORAS, the independent Cork City Supporter’s Trust, has called off a planned protest at tonight's game against Bohemians in Turner's Cross.

The FAI is due to meet the trust today to discuss the group's concerns about the club.

FORAS is set to argue against the future granting of a licence to current owner Tom Coughlan.

Meanwhile, the petition to wind up Cork City by former player Gareth Farrelly has been withdrawn after the two sides resolved their dispute.

Farrelly claimed he was owed more than €35,000 by the club.
