Point is introducing a new line of business focus to maximise its European growth potential.

Point is introducing a new line of business focus to maximise its European growth potential.

This announcement follows the recent appointment of Keith Holmes as Point's new CEO, and will see the company also extending the scope of its co-operation with major partners, including Logica, Ecsoft, Steria and Sydios to expand European geographic and vertical market coverage of e-point.

According to recent research from CRM analysts, the Hewson Group, EMEA [Europe, Middle East and Africa] remains a strong CRM market, out-stripping the US by between 30% and 40% in 2001.

"At a time when many US CRM vendors are back-pedalling on European market development, Point and its e-CRM suite are ideally positioned to help European customers deliver on CRM. "

Major Point global customers include Allianz Group, Verizon, Carrefour, Dah Sing Bank and Virgin Mobile.
