Rock supergroup Cream are planning another reunion just days after bass player Jack Bruce insisted a further get together would be unlikely.
Ironically, it's Bruce who has announced the plans for a 2007 reunion, with a date and details to be confirmed.
During a radio interview in Detroit, Michigan, Bruce revealed he, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker are looking to get back together.
"There is some talk about us getting together again later this year, which I can't really say too much about," he said. "It's not a commercial thing, but we may get together for something."
The remark comes days after Bruce told the Scotland On Sunday newspaper: "I don't think we'll do another reunion because none of us want to do it. It doesn't mean it won't happen, but at the moment, none of us are in love with the idea."
Cream split in 1968 but reformed for their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in 1993 and again for dates in London and New York in 2005.
