Talks aimed at breaking the impasse in the peace process are resuming in England.

Talks aimed at breaking the impasse in the peace process are resuming in England.

Discussions dissolved on Wednesday after the failure to break the impasse over weapons and policing in the Good Friday Agreement.

The resumption of talks comes after a night of violence in north Belfast, in which 113 RUC officers were injured.
