Gardaí in Dublin have released a man arrested on Wednesday in connection with the shooting of Dublin criminal Martin Foley earlier this year.
Mr Foley, known as the Viper, survived despite being shot a number of times outside a gym in the Kimmage area of the city on January 26.
It was the fourth time the 55-year-old has survived an assassination attempt.
The Gardaí say they are preparing a file for the DPP in relation to the man arrested this week.
