Video mobile phone network 3 today launched its service in Ireland, offering access to advanced 3G services.
3's price plans start at €25 per month. 3 offers a range of 3G video entertainment services with every price plan at no extra cost.
The network has 99.5% population coverage for voice and text and a high quality 3G service covering 60% of the population.
3 is Europe's largest 3G network with over seven million customers.

3 Ireland is 100 per cent owned by Hutchison Whampoa Group which also holds 3G licenses in Australia, Austria, Denmark, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Norway, Sweden and the UK.
