Derry City have won the the FAI Carlsberg Cup final against St Patrick's Athletic after extra time.

A Stephen Brennan own goal with ten minutes of extra time left cruelly proved the decider.

It came three minutes after Derrry City captain Peter Hutton had brought his side level at three all.
