A man has been killed in an attack in Co Tipperary.

A man has been killed in an attack in Co Tipperary.

The foreign national, believed to be in his 30s, was fatally assaulted in the early hours of this morning at a house in Nenagh.

His body was still at the scene this morning, which was preserved for a forensic examination.

The Garda Technical Bureau and the State Pathologist have been notified.

Gardaí in Nenagh have said they are following a definite line of inquiry.
