An interesting ghost story from Mexico, based on the well known idea of an accident on a lonely road ... with what could have been a ghost.

Here we meet a woman who hits a boy on such a road and while trying to help him is herself hit by another car, leaving her in a deep coma.

Her twin sister telepathically feels the pain and sets out to help ... only to find that the road is famous for its supernatural accidents and the ghost of a mother who lost her son.

It's not an original idea but it is handled well and leaves a satisfyingly uneasy feeling.
