A retired ESB worker has dropped his deafness case against his employers.

A retired ESB worker has dropped his deafness case against his former employers.

65-year old William Tilly consented at the High Court to dismiss the case with costs to the ESB.

The Dublin man was employed at the ESB power station at Poolbeg as a maintenance worker.

It follows a similar case, which was dropped at the High Court last week.
